TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Email confirmation is considered sufficient to indicate the request of a figure, which will be completed within 4 days of payment.
Terms and conditions will be sent to the customer via a link to this website and may be reviewed at any time. The request of a figure indicates that these terms and conditions have been read, understood and agreed to.
Jordan Stone is acting as a freelance provider of graphic services.
In accepting payment, Jordan Stone hands over any copyright claims to diagrams, graphics, graphs or any other material requested by the customer.
All research will be assumed to be strictly confidential. With permission from the customer, figures may be uploaded to https://www.stonescience.org/portfolio
Any source files or file formats required for printing or web use will be provided as requested by the customer (default .png).
By supplying text, images and other data for inclusion in figures, the customer declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the customer, or rightful copyright or trademark owner.
Any text, images, or data provided by the customer for inclusion in figures will be stored by Jordan Stone for a maximum of one year and will only be used for work relating to that customer.
Any reasonable revisions requested by the customer will not incur additional costs. However, the customer understands that any additional requests for the figure (e.g. an inset or additional panel) may incur further costs.
The client agrees not to hold Jordan Stone responsible for any losses or damage of any cause. Any claims against Jordan Stone shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the customer.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions distributed in any form.
